Dear parents,

Our fundraising for Project ReWild has been very successful and we are delighted that we will be able to move ahead with our plans. Nina from Hackney Outdoors has been the driving force behind this project and she has galvanised a group of parent volunteers and it looks as if we will be keeping to the timeframe for installation and completion

We have been hugely fortunate in that our parent volunteers have brought their many skills and talents to the project and they have also been able to acquire resources and give their time and expertise, which will go towards ensuring that the money raised will go even further. A group of four Year 6 children have made a delightful film explaining why this change to our playground is so important. The Project ReWild fund currently stands at just over £13,000 through donations from the Jumblebee auction and Aviva employee donations. We would love to see if we can reach (or surpass) our stretch target of £15,000. The great news about that is that Aviva will double any donations at the value of £250. So if you donated £20, they would give another £20. If you donated £50 they would give another £50.

We only have 12 days left before this fundraiser closes and it would be fantastic if we could exceeded our stretch target! Fingers crossed!
